The Challenge

A Clunky Issue That Needed Urgent Fixing

The first meeting stands out in my mind. I joined the team, gathering with key stakeholders across design, product, and engineering, all aligned around a single mission, to collaboratively fix the broken document upload process in the mobile app and deliver a solution that truly met the target audience's needs.

We discussed in the meeting that the feedback from users was that the existing upload process was painfully slow, full of unnecessary roadblocks, and left users frustrated with unclear error messages.

My Responsibilities:

Led the user experience redesign for financial document upload in the mobile app, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.

Conducted usability testing and gather user feedback to prioritize pain points.

Collaborated with the product and engineering teams to develop a streamlined, user-friendly solution.
